We are constantly told of how hard things are, and how we need whatever supplement etc to keep our fitness and the constant negativity of illness and stress etc from the news and daily life. Mental Health is the big one. What if I asked you to ignore all this and start working on you to become fitter and more efficient at life. Stop looking for things that are wrong and do what's right for us. Don't get me wrong life throws curve balls and issues at us but as humans we respond more to the fear of pain than the feeling of pleasure. Those that chase pleasure are in a winning frame of mind, and there is nothing scary about exercise and fitness, it just hurts a little and is hard work. But the results from consistency are life changing.
it's easy to imagine one person can cycle 100 miles a month the other can cycle or only tries to cycle 25 miles a month. Who is better off, and then the thing ow my knees won't take that. Yes they will if you build up effectively. It's the same with whatever fitness routine you decide to take up, do something you like to do but remember that running and sprinting is the best thing you can do for your lungs and breathing. Think about your insides and not just how you look cosmetically.
Lets talk about sprinting, you don't have to sprint like an athlete. it's all about what you can currently do and improving it. Imagine improving a lot by only doing a 1 mile run instead of say 3 miles. It's time efficient and you don't have to spend hours out on the road. And you get much more Oxygen Absorption compared to jogging. This helps build the mitochondria in the muscle cells making you a much stronger person. If you've read the article above I can tell you with all honesty that if I knew how to set goals properly I would have truly excelled past the position I was in and grown into something I wasn't aware of. By taking note of your surroundings and capitalizing on opportunities you will be able to set higher goals, this is essential to progression past your own current ideas. Goals, Values, Beliefs, and Rules all change along the way and we must adhere to these changes for real personal progression. You must take a minute have gratitude for what you've currently achieved and move on to higher levels. Please note I'm not mentioning money atm. Money is the by-product of following your Inner Self. You must make sure your inner-self realizes that what it wants along the way will have to make money and to use it effectively to live the life you choose. Look after the basics of what you need, and work on the life of what you want!
